The North Villas are in an upscale neighborhood in the north of Antigua called Crosbies. Located on the water-front, the villas offer an ocean-front living experience with beach access while having fully modern interiors. Located near everything you will need; the North Villas offer a blend of privacy and convenience.
Both villas are fully gated, furnished to a high standard, equipped with air-conditioning throughout the whole house, backup generators, backup water supply, high-speed WIFI, flat screen televisions, hurricane proof windows, and a washer and dryer.

North Villa Sun is a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom house possessing an open floor plan, with the back of the house opening nicely to views of the ocean. The master bedroom has a king bed as well as a sliding door offering access to the patio and the seaside views. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds and are joined together by a modern bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in the guest wing and has a private entry and an en-suite half bathroom. All bedrooms have both ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The lounging and dining area are also fully air-conditioned. The modern kitchen is fitted with a stainless-steel dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, a wine fridge and a washer and dryer. On the patio there is lounging and dining furniture, a hammock, and a Jacuzzi. Further outside you will find a furnished deck on the water’s edge. The house is equipped with a covered two-car garage, adequate storage and the grounds are also maintained to a high standard by our team.
